Refund and cancellation policy
Current booking, cancellation and refund terms.
Space booking cancellations
More than 14 days before the booking starts: 80% of the eligible amount paid. At least 7 days and 14 days or fewer before the booking starts: 50% of the eligible amount paid. At least 0 days and 7 days or fewer before the booking starts: 0% of the eligible amount paid. Nonrefundable add-ons are excluded. Discounts, VAT and partial payments are allocated proportionally when calculating the eligible amount. Cancelling releases your slot immediately.
Late cancellation and a free date move
Under 7 days before arrival, no cash refund is due. You may make one free date move within 60 days of cancellation. The new slot must be available. Any increase in booking price remains payable.
Booking amendments
Online changes are allowed until 72 hours before arrival. The first 2 changes have no amendment fee. Later changes cost ₦0. We recheck availability and current rates. If the total increases, the difference must be paid before confirmation; your original booking is retained while the new slot is held for 15 minutes.
Lower-priced changes and credits
A lower total reduces your outstanding balance first. Any amount already paid above the revised total becomes account credit by default, or you may request a refund. Credit is usable on Aurium purchases.
Refund requests and payout
Refund requests are reviewed by an admin. Card payments are refunded through Paystack; bank-transfer refunds are paid manually. We will confirm the payout timeline after approval.
Exam and training registrations
Exam-body cancellation and rescheduling rules apply to exam fees. Please contact us before cancelling an exam or training registration so we can confirm the applicable terms.
Print orders
Print jobs approved for production cannot be refunded except for errors on our part. Contact our team with your order reference for a review.
