How many guests can the Multipurpose Hall take?
It depends on the layout. Banquet-style receptions seat fewer guests than theatre-style talks. Send us your guest count and we will advise the best setup.
Can I bring my own decorator and caterer?
Yes. You are welcome to bring your own vendors. We can also recommend decorators and caterers we have worked with.
Is there backup power?
Yes. The building runs on backup power so your event or exam continues if public power goes off.
Is there parking?
Willdot Plaza has on-site parking. For large events, let us know your expected number of cars so we can plan.
Which exams can I register for through you?
IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, SAT, GRE, GMAT, ACT, Duolingo English Test and SELT. We guide you through registration and available dates.
Do you run prep classes?
Yes, we run prep courses for the most popular exams, with mock tests to check your readiness.
How long does printing take?
Most standard jobs like business cards and flyers are ready within 24 to 72 hours, depending on quantity and finish.
Are the free events really free?
Yes. We only ask you to RSVP so we can plan seating and refreshments.
